Introduction
You have come to this article because you have been trying to start a site and you may have been got hefty quotations from Web Development Companies, Digital Agencies or Freelancers and so on. Well, if you have a basic working knowledge with Linux you can easily start your own website using WordPress which will cost you just about $5 per month. If you are not familiar with Linux then don’t worry, as we will be coming up with articles on some basics of Linux pretty soon.

The 2 most important things you would require to get things started are a Hosting Server and a Domain Name. There are a plethora of options to get both of these on the internet. But, you can also get a free domain name from www.dot.tk. The free domain name that you get will have extension as .tk. The .tk extension is very popular but its a great start when you are on a budget.
